From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and made to feel completely at home. Every aspect of this hotel is exceptional, and we truly had an unforgettable experience. From the delicious breakfast to the impeccable service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The luxurious spa treatments were a highlight, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. If we’re ever in the area again, we will absolutely be returning! And I can't forget to mention the on-site restaurant—it's nothing short of AMAZING.

A truly beautiful hotel with an elegant atmosphere. The staff were extremely professional and polite, making us feel very welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

A refined, calm and sophisticated hotel with well appointed rooms. The bed is super king and comfortable, although i should’ve asked for firmer pillows. A very late check in at 130am was smooth and I was in room in only a 5 minutes after my driver dropping me off. Room service breakfast was exactly on time, and the selection very good. The spa has same sex only sauna and steam room facilities and relaxation areas. Both are larger than average and very quiet (perhaps as it was a Monday morning just before heading to the office). The very pretty pool is not a lap pool, but clearly a wading pool with a jacuzzi attached. The treatment rooms are also very relaxing. Highly recommended, I’ll be booking my partner and I in for a spa weekend in Warsaw!
