This WeWork is so LOUD all the time..... They are constantly moving desks/chairs.... doing repairs, shipments during PEAK WORK HOURS. Why cant they just do this after hours? Even in the pods or private rooms you cannot escape how LOUD it is all the time.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wework. Their technical support closes tickets without resolving or even addressing issues, and their customer service responds to complaints with empty apologies, taking no real action to help. To make matters worse, they’ve retained positive credit for over two months without issuing a refund or providing any updates. Even escalating concerns to top country executives yielded no response—an appalling disregard for customer experience. This particular location feels overly corporate. Community spaces and cafeterias are overcrowded, with entire companies booking hot desks and essentially turning common areas into call centers, complete with uniformed staff. Community leads rarely organize engaging activities, beyond offering free drinks or hosting sales pitches for English courses. To top it all off, the access card frequently malfunctions, causing constant frustration. Mexico City has plenty of excellent coworking options—skip this one and find a better fit elsewhere!

Nice WeWork location just in the middle of Insurgentes. A lot of amenities in the building. I came in a rainy day but I am sure the view is wonderful in a sunny and clear day in Mexico’s crowdest area. Moving from here to other part in the city during rush hour is not convenient, but during lunch time have a lot of option to go out. Need improvement on coffee a lot of grains show up on every cup I served

Horrific WeWork office. Avoid this one like the plague. The community team is barely responsive, the facilities are old, people are extremely loud and there's nowhere but the main floor to actual work between 1-4:30 pm every day because of people talking in the cafeteria areas. Furthermore, when changing or cancelling your service, they're non-responsive and will not adhere to the contract you signed (for the length of time you originally request). During my six months as an All Access Plus member here my card to the building stopped working several times. One time when I reported the problem I had to wait an hour for the card to be fixed and was charged for their broken card. This place is an epic dumpster fire and suggest you avoid this WeWork location at all costs. Other locations have been fine for me; this one is a particular abomination.
