Worst we work customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Reception at desk refused to help in anyway instead handing me a card and telling me “bye” repeatedly. I emailed the office days ago and have yet to receive any response so I tried walking in to purchase a day pass. Reception told me to buy the pass online except go figure there’s no option to buy a pass online and if there was I wouldve done that. Wild that people are turning customers away when we work just announced it’s intention to file bankruptcy.

Recently, I had a rather unpleasant experience at WeWork that leads me to not recommend it to other digital nomads looking for a flexible and welcoming workspace. I went to WeWork with the intention of booking a meeting room for a project I was working on. However, I encountered a significant obstacle. It turns out that WeWork only allows meeting room bookings for those who have a monthly plan in their shared workspace. As a digital nomad who needs the flexibility to book workspace by the hour or day, this policy seemed a bit restrictive to me. When I expressed my disappointment to the reception staff, I was surprised by the despotic attitude they showed me. It was evident that the receptionist was not interested in my situation or finding a solution to help me. This lack of empathy left a very negative impression of the WeWork brand overall. As someone who has been looking for a flexible and friendly workspace, this was disappointing and frustrating. My experience leads me to not recommend WeWork for those looking for flexibility and a welcoming environment. The lack of flexible booking options and the indifferent attitude of the reception staff make me question whether WeWork truly cares about its customers. Although the idea of a shared workspace is appealing, I believe there are better and more welcoming options available for digital nomads looking for a temporary office solution.

Very nice location, fastest WiFi I found in Peru so far with 100Mbps down and 60Mbps up. UPDATE: Actually, I came back a bit later in the day and it was 154Mbps up and 215Mbps down - crazy!!
