Opinions may differ depending on the usage. I used it as a visitor. By chance, there was a conference call going on, but the phone booth could only be rented for two hours, so the conference was held in the general seats (which is OK). However, it was difficult because someone nearby was calling quite loudly (which is probably OK) and I was having a conference call nearby. Also, the background music was quite loud, so luckily the person on the other end of the conference call couldn't hear it, but it was uncomfortable. There weren't many people having meetings or talking in the general seats, but it was a bit difficult to use because of that feeling. I should have just rented a booth at the station. I think it's a nice space, but I felt like I was choosing who would use it.
