I love this space most of the time, but they don’t have a dedicated space for All Access members. The WeWork app would say that the availability is at 80 - 90%, but in fact on some days, the members from private offices would simply take over the entire common area, leaving next to no seats for the All Access members. It feels particularly frustrating to me, as this branch is my home branch, but on some days I don’t even get a seat that I’m paying for. Update: the managing team came up with a work-around, where they would reserve a meeting room for All Access members on busy days.

Not sure what's wrong with their AC system, but I've worked here for a year and have been encountering multiple times in which the AC couldn't function causing the entire office to be warm and stuffy the most recent case has been lasted for almost a month since New Year with little to no AC (even after multiple feedbacks and complaints) Please fix this matter immediately, it has really affected people's work efficiency

Thursday, 21 Dec 2023. Receptionists are so impolite, rude, unprofessional and no etiquette. Wonder what qualifications they got to sit on those front desk. My colleagues and i came as visitors as we are having training here, while waiting for our colleague, those receptionist look at us like we are some sort of burglar, one with hijab, another one is with her nonsense helmet hair. They keep looking at us non stop with those ugly bombastic side eyes, instead of came to us, ask nicely and provide assistance, they just choose to throw stupid behaviour. Bad experience. I definitely won’t let this slide. Should fired those two. I initially wanna give zero star 👎🏻
