A sophisticated building. The windows are large and make you feel like you are abroad. Without a security card, The elevator doesn't work. (It's okay if someone has one) There are rest rooms on the 1st and 13th floors. The first floor is a stylish cafe-like space, Beer, coffee, tea, latte, Free espresso etc. The rest room on the first floor is spacious and lively, The rest room on the 13th floor is quiet and I appreciate that you can use it depending on your mood. There are power outlets everywhere, It's very convenient.

A modern coworking space and corporate office. Many IT-related companies are located here. The feature here is that unlike other coworking spaces, you cannot sign a drop-in contract for just one day or a few hours. All contracts are on a monthly basis. A security card is required to enter. Even when people from other companies coming here for business meetings, etc., they need to be invited and have something like an ID issued. There are common areas on the 1st, 2nd, 8th, 13th, and 18th floors. There is a sink called a pantry on every floor. There is also a space where you can relax. All floors are made of glass, making it very beautiful and stylish. Security is high, and you can't get in without a card, and you can only press the elevator button on the common floor and the floor where your office is located. The inconvenient part is that you can't adjust the air conditioning in each office, so you have to tell the receptionist about it using a members-only app. Drinks are basically free. Almost everything is available, including tea, water, cafe, and milk. From 16:00 PM to 20:00 PM, you can drink as much beer as you want. There are also locations in major cities throughout Japan such as Tokyo, Sendai, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kobe, and Fukuoka. Reservations are required for use.
