The office is very clean The staff were also very courteous, Service satisfaction is very high. The Wi-Fi worked well and I thought it was a perfect place to work. However, regarding this base, the evaluation was lower due to two concerns. 1. Some of the tenant companies seem to have people from industries that you won't find at other WeWroks (job-hunting support personnel and influencer businesses). These people were exhibiting unusual behavior, such as talking loudly in the workroom and occupying free space in groups of five or more (especially on the first and second floors). In particular, the people in the human resources industry who occupied the first floor were behaving in a way that would be unbelievable for an open space, such as scolding employees with statements that could be considered power harassment and shouting louder than necessary, even though other people were there. 2. Unlike other WeWorks, there are two entrances into the office. One is through the reception, so security is guaranteed to a certain extent, but the other does not go through the reception and can only be accessed with a card key (it's like a back entrance). I feel that this other security is very weak. In fact, I once had a non-member come after me and break into the room without my permission, and when I warned them about it, they got mad at me, so I was so frightened that I handed it over to the receptionist. Since I have never experienced anything like this at WeWork at another location, I have decided that it is impossible to comfortably conduct business under the current conditions and have declined to use this office. We strongly hope that this is only temporary, and we look forward to continuing to use WeWork at other locations.
