Great offices in a convenient location, close to Minato Mirai & Sakuragicho stations, and near several big hotels. I was visiting Japan and I used my membership to work just one day here & it was very nice & the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful office. But the place isn't for work. Air-conditioning stops early morning and night time. They don't know the global company works 24/7. I guess they just transfer their business model in US to Japan. Softbank should tell them Japanese business style if they don't want to fail.

The location and facilities are perfect, but one of the female receptionists had a bad attitude. After checking in, the hostess forgot to give me the entrance pass, but when I went to get it, she gave it to me, looking like it was a hassle. Also, they chatted loudly for a while in front of the trash can in front of the coffee machine until I told them I wanted to throw the trash out. Overall, it was hard to believe that he was on duty.

Visited as a guest. We had a meeting and I was allowed to do some work in the free space. It had a casual feel and a good location, so I thought it would be a good place to work.
