Amazing vibes. Very inspiring shared office spaces and meeting rooms. Lounges are modern and comfortable. Free beer and drinks. Desks are a little bit too small compared to other offices.

Biggest WeWork location I’ve been in Tokyo with 4 usable floors between 39F-45F. You need to check in with your desk reservation on 17F of Shibuya Scramble Square Office before you can take the elevator to go up.
Breathtaking view of the Tokyo skyline from the communal work desk.
Visited for the violin concert of Mizuki Shikimachi, a talented pop violinist with cerebral palsy on May 19, 2022. An amazing 1.5 hours full of music and positivity with such a humble and charismatic musician. Thank you WeWork for organizing the event.

There's a lot to complain about here.
First, the building is located near the station but the elevator layout and scheduling means it'll take about 5 minutes just to get up to the office.
Next, they have really stupid rules around online meetings that aren't enforced if you're on the phone, even if you have the speaker turned up full blast. So, unless you have a dedicated office, forget about doing any work involving debugging sessions or impromptu meetings.
Then there's the cost. ¥150k/month for a single desk. I don't care how "cool" or "unique" they are, you're still paying about 10x the market rate or 3x the rate on co-working spaces. And you get nothing for it above other, similar services, apart from that "cool", "unique" office culture. In fact, they recently started dimming the lights and turning down the A/C to "help the climate". More likely, it's to help their bottom line.
Finally, let's talk about that culture. Maybe if you're 25, having a cafe-style environment with pop music on loop is something you'd enjoy, but it makes me want to tear my ears off.
All in all, I wouldn't be working here if my company wasn't shelling out for it and I'd have told them I don't want the office if they'd told me it was going to be with WeWork beforehand.

A newly opened spacious co-working space in a supreme location just a step from the station. The place is accessible from the 37F and includes 4 floors, each equipped with a community space.
Some of the floors include amenities such as private rooms, a cafe & bar (also serves food and includes arrangements for parties/groups), a pool table, complimentary hot/cold drinks and a community bar.
The massive windows also bring in good lighting at day and provide a spectacular view of the city at night.

BGM is super noisy. So loud. Please stop playing it.
Would recommend you not to use it or use other location.
