I couldn't use the rental conference room at the station booth at Haneda Airport because it was full, so I hurriedly searched for a rental conference room in Shinagawa. Since we were planning to hold a 2-hour seminar on ZOOM, it was good that the venue had soundproofing equipment. There was a desk and chair in a place called a phone booth, and there was a two-hour time limit to use it. However, due to the time limit and lack of an outlet, it became unusable once the battery ran out. However, you can drink freely and it's a pretty convenient place to have a meeting.

This is my first time using wework, but is it something like this? I was aware that it was a shared office, but it was quite noisy and the manners were bad, so I think I could work more calmly at a cafe. It was certainly cheap. I used it from STATION WORK, but I regret that I should have been quiet and used a private booth at the station. The facilities are clean. I don't use free Wi-Fi because I'm afraid of it, so I don't know the communication speed. I think it would be a good idea to have group meetings in between trips.

A new base that just opened in January 2023. I happened to have some business nearby so I used it. (I have been a WeWork member since August 2018, and have used almost all locations nationwide. Therefore, this review will be based on comparisons with other WeWork locations.) ・Easy to access as it is near the station. It's close to the Shinkansen and the airport, so it'll be useful for commuting to and from business trips. ・As this is a new base, there are elements that were not present at previous bases (standing seats, spacious open phone booth [reservation required]) It was a 2-3 hour stay, but it was very convenient. When I was using the restroom, I mistakenly entered an area where I couldn't enter without a Shinagawa card key, and was locked in for several minutes (it was 100% my fault, as I didn't notice the sign saying "You can't enter without a card key", so I didn't notice it), but even though I was at fault, the staff were very kind and polite, and in the end I even received a novelty as an apology. Small problems like this are common in new locations (as in this case, the user acted beyond what was expected), so I'm not too concerned about it, but I'll still take a hard look at these incidents and use this feedback to improve! I am grateful that you accept this. I would like to use this base again when I come to the area.
