The WeWork space itself is great and the patio on the 11th floor is an amazing place to spend a couple hours on your laptop taking meetings, however, getting INTO the building can be a massive pain in the ass. The security guards downstairs are the opposite of helpful and make no effort to help you in any way. This 1 star rating is for them. IMPORTANT: For those looking to make a desk reservation, for this location you need to make your res in the app and then register your face with the security guard downstairs by providing your ID and taking a photo, since that's how you get in and out of the entry/exit gates. If you just show up with your reservation and your WeWork card without knowing that, the security guards are unlikely to help you. Lucky for me, there was a Spanish speaker dealing with the exact same issue as me when I arrived, so he was able to talk to the security guard. Without him, I would have been totally out of luck.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and complete disrespect from the staff at this location and at corporate billing office. After a mix up in which they made an error and double billed me (in September) i am still waiting for follow up and a refund (which they said they would do) and despite me going into the offices to speak to the manager and multiple emails over the last week i am being ignored. Mistakes happen, of course, but the complete lack of accountability, ownership, and solutions provided have been appalling.

It is a confortable co-working place. At WeWork you can enjoy a Hot Desk for your team, as well there is a plan that allows you to access to workspaces and conference rooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee while you work.
