Do not rent from this company if you don't want to be ripped off. I struggled when I first rented to get moved in because their maintenance folk were out of town and they knew it but still said I could move in, yet they needed maintenance to get the key cards working right. I ended up driving all the way out to the building and couldn't get in. They failed to tell me that they were working on my office and I ended up missing deals with a few customers because I had to cancel meetings for that day. They tell you it's a 24/7 office, but on the weekends you get to go in to hot offices because they turn everything off for the weekend. When you decide to leave they will tell you that they sent your retainer balance to your bank account, but they lie about that, and so you have to fight to get it. The office person, Stacy, says she can't help, and sends you online to the only way of contacting corporate, only for the online site to tell you that if you need help to contact the office people. This has been the worst experience I have had with a rental company. I may have to take them to court to get my retainer refund. So yeah, if you don't want to deal with this hassle, don't do business with Regus anywhere!!

I had used Regus previously. However this time I had to cancel my booking due to an overlapping commitment I was not allowed a refund. I cannot even use the funds as a credit for a future booking. I am not intending to use Regus again.

Very nice building, but only 2 slow elevators and is a little small compared to the huge location. Clean and well presented.
