Absolutely horrible experience. I've worked out of many coworking spaces around the world and I can unequivocally say this is *by far* the worst cowork experience I've ever had in my life. First of all, they require a deposit even if you just get a dedicated desk. I paid for one month in March and only now, *in August*, did I receive my deposit back. This required over 50 emails and follow-ups to the Regus team over the course of 5 months. I was usually met with no response and had to change my approach, contacting different people within Regus who then contacted the Maerua Mall location to basically force them into dealing with the issue. It's absolutely unacceptable. If I hadn't devoted several hours to recovering my money, they would have cared less and never paid me back. It wasn't even worth the money given how much time it required to get the deposit back. As far as the coworking space itself, the experience was still horrible. I signed up with my partner - despite the fact that we both work for separate companies, signed separate agreements, and paid separately, they refused to give us more than one key. We were forced to share the key for the entirety of our time at Regus. The front desk was often empty. When it wasn't empty, the front desk worker was usually on their cell phone having personal conversations. We had to ask the front desk to turn on the AC in our office every single day. This often required repeated requests - we'd ask, nothing would happen, 30 minutes later we'd ask again. They charge you separately for 'Restoration Services', which they don't tell you about when you are having the initial conversation about price. Read the contract carefully. There was a 2-week span where the men's bathroom had no soap and it was never refilled. ***Avoid this place at all costs.*** I rarely write reviews like this, but this experience was so bad that I felt the need to warn others.

Are you looking for office space to rent. Look NO more these is the most prefect office space any professional can rent. Clean is under statement. It so organized and it’s perfectly located in Maerua mall, Windhoek.

They have offices space for rent. Internet, landline and receptionist included. Printing service, and a boardroom are also available. A kitchen with accessories and a brilliant coffee machine. Friendly service all round.
