Overall nice place I've been using for more than 3 weeks. The pros outweigh the cons. The biggest problem is chronic voice problems. Some people act as if they are in their own personal offices in the shared area and make major mistakes. For example, watching videos on a computer without headphones, putting phone calls on speaker or chatting as if you were in an individual office. When you go out to the garden, you can suddenly find someone at your side table doing a job interview. When you warn you, you get a reply saying, "Don't expect library silence, but there is no one waiting for absolute silence, it's enough if you don't act like you're in your own private office, show a little respect and don't make major mistakes." The biggest plus is that the employees are sincere, well-intentioned and solution-oriented. This is not something that can be done by training, obviously care was taken to choose good people. It is also nice that it is on the ground floor and the decoration is heartwarming. I have trouble using the workinton because I have to prefer secluded parts due to my chronic lung problems and these major mistakes are made in secluded places. While I have never had a problem with sound in my life, I gained sensitivity in 3 weeks. I hope people remember that they work in shared spaces and not in their individual offices.
