I rented a room here for a year and a half, not with much pleasure. I wouldn't recommend it. You are brought in for a low amount and when extended they increase it, which is a bit crazy if you want to retain customers. Agreements are not kept or 'forgotten', very strange practices. I cannot express here how many issues I have had with the way this organization works. Final cleaning for 9 square meters (a little vacuuming and a cloth over it) = 280 euros. It is too bizarre for words how they treat their customers here and how they have a very commercial attitude. If you want to rent something here, read the contracts and house rules carefully, down to every letter, and ask carefully what extensions do to the price. But I would rather advise you against renting something here. Ps. the heating is also no longer used due to the climate (commercially very interesting of course), so bring a sweater if you want to rent something.
