Welcome to the NearU World Tour! We are excited to announce our expansion internationally and show you some of the great spaces that we've recently on-boarded. From the shore of the Baltic Sea, to the Sunshine State of Florida, this will be a truly international journey, so stay tuned as we add more to our list.

In Spain’s hustling-bustling capital city, you’ll never run out of things to see and do when you aren't working. You can explore the wonders of the Prado Museum or take a look in the shops and theatres of the famous Gran Vía. Or maybe try the local cuisine - Madrid is famous for its sweet treats like turrón and their answer to a chocolate croissant, the Napolitana con chocolate; and what better place to try them than in the city's most notable pastry shop, La Mallorquina, located just off the Plaza Mayor. If you're feeling very brave (and fancy something savoury), you could head over to the Mercado San Miguel and try the (apparently!) very Madrileñan squid sandwich.

A close 3-min walk to the metro in the Delicias suburb, this is an office space you can spend all day in, with morning yoga sessions, a kitchen and free coffee, as well as evening cultural events, such as film screenings. The workspace itself is superbly decorated, making use of light open spaces with plenty of indoor greenery to maximise productivity (and of course to get the most out of the city's fantastic weather).

It's also just a stone's throw away from the city's beautiful Parque de Buen Retiro, so why not enjoy a trip around the lake on your lunch break?

 

Our second space sits in Chamartín, the business centre of the capital and home to the Real Madrid football team’s stadium. Take a break in their outdoor area or find your focus, with their sleek design based on a philosophy of wellness. 

It's also surrounded by plenty of nature if you're looking for somewhere to walk during the day, sandwiched between the Parque Plaza de Castilla and the Jardines de San Fernando.
