At NearU, our number one priority is about providing our users with a choice in how they work. Not everyone thrives in the same environments. Some of us might prefer a quiet space where we can really get our head down to focus on a task. While others might like the bustling community of a coworking space where it's easy to network and skill-share. 

Whatever your preference, we're proud to say we list over 800 diverse workspaces around the world, so there's truly somewhere to cater for every need. But there's always room for improvement - and that's exactly why we're so excited to announce our latest host partners.

First off, we're ecstatic to be working with such a giant in the flexible workspace industry. The Office Group have been going since 2004, and over the past two decades have added over 50 workspaces to their portfolio, all with a keen focus on sleek design, space variety and work-life wellbeing. As such, TOG spaces offer a range of meeting rooms, coworking areas and breakout lounges, as well as extra facilities like gyms and in-house cafes.

At the moment, we list 40 TOG offices on a meeting room-only basis, with the majority being in London plus two additional locations in Bristol and Leeds. This means there are currently 347 of their meeting rooms up for grabs. We especially love their locations at The Shard, One Canada Square, 2 Stephen Street and Brock House, just to name a few (but they're all pretty wonderful).

A fairly new player on the coworking scene, work.life were founded in 2015 and since then have risen to fantastic heights in the sector. They've been recognised for their work multiple times, being names Coworking Company of the Year twice, once in 2017 at the IPSE Freelancer Awards, and then again in 2019 by the YN Property Awards. But they're more than just an office provider, being celebrated as People's Champion by Hubble in 2019. 

Choosing a work.life space means you also get access to their vibrant community of members (who they regularly spotlight on their blog), from creatives to corporates, and CEOs to marketing managers. Of course, this lends itself perfectly to providing ample networking and skill-sharing opportunities. But work.life take this one step further, regularly hosting wellness days, social activities and events to really make sure their members to access.

We're proud to be listing both their coworking and meeting room spaces in London, Manchester and Reading. We'd especially like to give a shoutout to their brand new (and exquisitely decorated) Liverpool Street and Old Street spaces -  you can even try out a free yoga class on your lunch break.

So far, we've mainly focussed our listing efforts in the UK and Europe, though we are proud to say we have workspaces listed on every continent (except Antarctica, since penguins tend to prefer manual work over office jobs). With our latest Oceanic partnership, Victory Offices, we can now say that we've finally expanded to Australia, with 19 listings across the east and west coast, in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra (as well as some more commuter locations outside the city centre).
