Brilliant place to work, would highly recommend to anyone. Very modern office with flexible options, great services (including excellent coffee with dairy or oat milk, fruit bowls, drinks on certain days and events). Grant, Ola and the team will ensure you are well looked after whatever your company needs. Also comes with concierge service which is very helpful should you need it. I really enjoyed working there. Thanks team!

We spent a few months at 25EP while our office underwent refurbishments and loved our time there! The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The space is very clean and modern and they offer a variety of events and treats for members too! The location is amazing too only a few minutes from Victoria Station, right by Barry's and Morena is a great coffee shop. I would highly recommend 25EP as a place to work!

Great place to set up your work from anywhere office! Team at 25EP are so helpful and host a variety of events for members too. They offer everything from a hot desk to a private office, with great breakout spaces where you can also enjoy a free beer on a Thursday. Perfectly located only 3 mins from Victoria station although tucked away in a cute little courtyard that really does feel like you're in the countryside! Also a benefit of having Barry's on the doorstep as well as a great variety of restaurants and Elizabeth Street around the corner for shopping! Highly recommend this office. Plus they host a variety of events in the Summer including Wimbledon on the big screen.

Working at 25 EP is like visiting a spa, it looks (and smells incredible). The staff are happy and helpful, and the meeting rooms are kitted out perfectly for a great day at work. I would 100% recommend the lovely 25 EP!!!
