My favourite physical location, BUT they are always overbooked it’s hard to get a spot and you can’t leave the building after 6 and get back in. I work US hours so I come in late and luckily I can usually find a spot, but never have luck between 10-3. The community team is super nice and loaned out a computer charger when mine broke. The cleaning crew (as with all wework cleaning crews ) is poorly trained in customer service and very inconsiderate. With the exception of 1-2 people who actually acknowledged I’m working and talk quieter or smile and then make no noise. The others are completely oblivious and need customer training. While I sit here very clearly working 1. They talk on their phones the entire time they clean. Yes they tell over their vacuums the entire time they walk up and down the hall and linger in the kitchen. 2. When they aren’t on the phone They talk loudly yell down halls to each other and laugh and joke for long spurts while. 3. They cling and clang every single cup to clean it. I get it, they need to work, but they could easily do this task a little quieter. 4. They leave their hoover running inches from me as they walk away for minutes at a time!

the onsite staff here are wonderful and kind. They were always as helpful as they could be, and created a nice, friendly vibe at the location. The location is great as well. However, for the amount you’re paying, the customer service from wework “corporate” is abysmal. I was charged an extra fee each month for missing business insurance even though I’m not operating a business, and contacted customer service several times about this. I also still haven’t received my deposit back, months after I canceled my membership.

I sat on the 4th floor, which was meant to be quiet but was very noisy as it seemed that most people knew each other. It was also difficult to find a socket to charge the laptop. Otherwise, the place is modern and clean
