Great space, great location, good coffee, good snacks for the morning and afternoon, and friendly staff. I wish it were more lively and that all conference rooms had power strips to simultaneously charge more than one laptop. Overall, recommended, but bring an extension cord with you for team meetings!

Alanna and James are the biggest reason why this Industrious co-working is my absolute favorite. Alanna and James are elite Industrious teammates that make this spot absolutely amazing. I'm talking breakfast sandwiches, happy hours with delicious snacks, fun activities, and charcuterie spreads that have to be seen to be believed! Thank you Alanna and James for making each day I am in the office so wonderful and enjoyable. Alanna and James are bar setters for how to run and Industrious.

Mark Hamblin hosted me and my business partner a few weeks back. The hospitality was exceptional and the space is gorgeous. The common area was welcoming yet intimate, and the people across the various offices were friendly. Great co-working vibes.

Preface: I worked at this location (Financial District) of Industrious for one month during a visit to San Francisco in May-June of 2019.
Industrious is a pretty top-notch coworking space. Their interior architecture design, is in my opinion, easily one of the better ones of the coworking spaces in the area. The offices, phone rooms, and common areas are a fair bit more spacious than other popular coworking spaces too. Overall, I feel that Industrious strikes a good balance between liveliness and professionalism when it comes to design.
Compared to the average coworking space, it’s worth pointing out the provision of free snacks (fruits, bread, yoghurts, pop, etc.) and small food related events which are regularly organized; an example of such food events include an ice cream / popsicle event, a whisky and coke happy hour, a popcorn bar event, a DIY yoghurt bar event, and recently for world productivity day an assortment of brain foods. Even if you don’t partake in these food events, it is pretty cool to see events of these types, which take place about 2-3 times a week, as it sort of shows the commitment from Industrious to go the extra mile in adding value for their tenants.
More particularly to this Financial District location of Industrious (I haven’t been to the Embarcadero location), the building (345 California Center) is pretty good looking from the inside and outside, it is equipped with the the new efficient type of elevators where you enter your floor number before you get on the elevator. However the windows on the building are not full wall windows, and since there are tall neighboring buildings, the opportunity for a good view from the office (if that’s important to you) is probably one thing lacking in this space.
The part which stood out to me a lot during my work visit duration at this location of Industrious, was the community management/operations staff. It is hard to convey in a short text based review here the difference for a coworking space, which usually involve additional community interaction through small events and other interactions, between having alright-good staff and having great staff. The current staff whom include Jonathan and Caroline definitely fall under the latter category for me, they’re delightfully cordial and professional. I witnessed a really pleasing environment run by them during my time here.
Overall, I look forward to seeing Industrious expand to more locations in and around the financial district.
