Zero stars! The one star is for the girl at the front desk. I can't remember her now as it was the end of January when I was in there, but she was wonderful. Unfortunately, this company is as shady as they come. I was interested in an office here but read a bunch of negative reviews about people being overcharged and not getting deposits back. I asked the salesman, Jez, point blank if there were any other fees or costs not specifically mentioned on the agreement, and why all the bad reviews. He told me I would only be charged the monthly rent, a security deposit, and for services like conference room rentals or use of front desk staff that fell outside of the normal operating agreement. I took him at his word, and on move-in day there was an additional $223 charge for 'Cleaning' that he had not mentioned to me. The office was about 65 square feet and I could clean it in 5 minutes. I stated I was not informed of this fee, and that if it were not removed I would not be moving in or accepting the office. They said it was mandatory, so I did not accept the office and told them they were not authorized to charge me for the rent, deposit, or the cleaning fee because the agreement was signed under false pretense. Guess what, three weeks later they charged me almost $1,500 and I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charges. They don't even answer their phone and you can't get in touch with their accounting department. This company is pure scum!
