Nightmare experience. Management staff are very rude and impatient. They discriminate against small start up businesses. My important office items often went mysteriously missing. I do not recommend for small businesses. Still waiting on my retainer refund they said would take 30 days to process. Its been almost 7 months.

Will never use the Regus service again, I have use the virtual office for over 20 months, unfortunately the company was dissolved on October,2020,I sent the message to the local office and try to cancel it, they denied! They force me to finish the whole year payment which is ridiculous, I didn't signed any agreement to renew the contract an other whole year, very very poor experience for the small business! now even worse, they made a auto renewal contract, I have to pay the next whole year for $1500! Until 2022! I know it is a public school, it is a big lesson for me ! But I hope you are NOT the next!
