We had a Regus for a mailbox for 5 years. Despite multiple emails from Regus stating the price of our services in our final two years, they increased our credit card charges by 20% for an additional "service" they never provided or informed us about. Regus claim their contract allows them to add services and refused to refund the extra charges, and refused to close our account despite the charges and refusal to refund being a clear breach of contract. Amazingly poor customer service as we pay tens of thousands to another location.

regus company is dishonest, over charge, close deal without permission. regus and it's employees are shysters. Ahmed.Eljeridi is leasing agent do not deal with this guy he hid many term and condition also please do not trust them. My agreement was month to month and he assign me in 6 months. I caught him right way mr Ahmed.Eljeridi plays dirty trick. regus charge us $39 for kitchen to use which other office space do not. Leasing agent show a larger office in regus building once a person sign they give small office instead. A single request guys check your paper work, make sure the charges do not trust on their online invoices

The Customer service is really bad and rude. Asking a question will get you a rude answer. I asked the customer service agent do you guys follow up with your customers. She answered me we don't do babysit. which is really rude comment. Well her manager was siting with her. I was polite with her. As I works in hospitality industry for long time. This is not how anyone response to customers.
