Not happy with my experience here. I recommend other places. We rented a space which I thought was a month to month, which apparently was 6 months, then now 7 months. And the management is now asking me proof that it was 6 months??? Pretty much accusing me of lying. All this after I have rented a virtual office with them as well. I do not recommend Regus. Pretty much informed everyone I know to avoid them or risk getting taken advantage of. Now I understand the poor reviews. I highly recommend Calgary Business Center or Brittania Business Center. No hassle when it comes to contracting and they are very thorough and transparent. Only thing I liked about this place is the reception/office personnel. Great guy and responsive. The contracting and sales... unbelievable.

In my opinion and from my experience: These people are liars. I would not rent from them with proper information. They will take your money and keep increasing rent yearly, it’s in the agreement, in the fine print. No client retention as all tenants are moving. Regus is not a good place.... they look pretty but remember.... don’t judge a book by its cover.

I had a great experience with Regus. Al was incredibly helpful by ensuring that I could see two locations of interest promptly on the same day I called. The offices are fantastic, very modern and appealing, and the office rooms are not only furnished by also nicely decorated. You truly don't need anything else but a computer and yourself! Thanks guys for this great office space!
