They send an email many months prior to lease end about renewal. Being it was so far in advance we disregarded it. We terminated our account prior to lease end and these guys tell us no response to their email means we auto renew for another years lease. We haven't used their service for months and they continue to put a variety of charges on our credit card with no explanation. We were only using them for a mailing address and they couldn't even handle getting our mail to us. Very bad organization, stay away.

I've been super happy with this office space! Our real estate company has included access to the common areas and the staff have been very friendly. From time to time we rent an office as needed. The convenience is great, the facility is clean, and I love bringing clients there.

We signed a 2-year lease with them that includes landline phone service. 8 months in, they decide to change providers for the landline phone service and now they charge us extra. Lease said it was included, now it's not.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Their contact number is unreachable, their website portal says I don't have permission to change anything on my own account (INCLUDING CANCELLING THE SERVICE). They auto renewed at DOUBLE the previous rate and now we can't contact them to get rid of the service. TERRIBLE company, stay away!

Regus decided to back out of their lease and left their tenants in the dark. Trying to get my full deposit back as they are in broke the contract and no one has responded in several days.
