A fairly pleasant coworking space that occupies floors 6 and 7 of the XL building, it has private offices, an open space and meeting rooms. The reception is on floor 6, it is rather courteous but quite tiring if you don't have fixed offices but rent just a few times a month. There is the kitchen available with everything you need (water, water heater, milk, sugar...) to make a coffee and cutlery if you want to eat. The toilets are very clean and always well stocked with hand towels and disinfectant gel once you finish washing your hands at the sink, each toilet room has 2 toilets (a men's toilet and a woman's toilet). We have a good view of the surrounding areas, especially the stadium and the lagoon. Each office is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people, their decor is quite beautiful; however the desks are quite small compared to the ones they had at Regus Nogues, and yet there may be a pillar in the desk (still taking up space and quite annoying), the most annoying thing to me is that we don't have the possibility to adjust the level of the air conditioning in our office ourselves. In general, the corner is quite comfortable and a good setting for work or meetings.
