Space is nice but they really tried to scam me 45k XOF for just three hours in shared open space which is like 75EUR... I guess shared spaces in San Francisco are cheaper. The receptionist insisted only regulars pay 15k a day while first telling me its 2.5k a day. So you imagine. English is also a no-go here, don’t even try.

Very welcoming staff, friendly and well organized space. Close to the road but well soundproofed. Quiet inside and ideal for work. Attractive price scale, an average of 5000F/day or 150,000F/month in open space. For what is offered, it’s not expensive 😉 For access, ask the guards in front of the bank just below otherwise you risk missing it.
