I rented a workspace for 2 hours. I had to wait for a guard to operate the elevator for me to access the 8th floor. When I got to the 8th floor, they told me to go to the 3rd. I waited while they called the 3rd floor receptionist, then I waited while they accessed the elevator for me. The elevator stopped on the 6th floor, and an unmasked man got in, so I got off. Then the next elevator wouldn't go to either the 8th or 3rd floor (🙄), so I tried to go to the lobby, but a workman on the 6th floor was also trying to go to the 3rd, and he didn't understand the elevator wouldn't stop there, so he kept calling an elevator to go down, which stopped my elevator to open the door so he could get on. I eventually made it to the 3rd floor, and I had to walk past 500 empty rooms to get to the space I was supposed to use. I was now late for my interview, and the wifi didn't work, so I couldn't use my laptop. I suggest you burn a 20 dollar bill instead, you can do this at home without having to ride the elevators for 10 minutes

Best shared office space in the city. Had private offices there for many years. Great amenities, well maintained offices, highly responsive staff and you can't beat the location. As our team shifted to locations around the world we moved to a 'virtual office' where we still have access to meeting rooms, mail service and receptionist.

Happy to say that I am the longest term tenant. Twenty-five years of maintaining my offices with this excellent, caring, alert, hardworking team. From time to time I have tested the marketplace by looking at other suites. None as ever come close to the appearance and personal service I have had. These are nice people to deal with and also ready to help. Now they are adding additional perks like helpful talks from interesting speakers and they have gone way beyond what has been required to provide a safe and secure workplace as a result of COVID. Also, an unbeatable location in a AAA building.

We have been with AdvantEdge for over two years and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff is awesome, the facility is awesome, the location is awesome. Compared to other co-working spaces, AdvantEdge is classy - nice art everywhere, beautiful conference rooms. We also appreciate the privacy the offices offer. The glass enclosed, fish bowls at other places we looked at were not appealing both from an optics perspective as well as we did not feel comfortable having an office full of strangers with eyes on our whiteboard. Bottomline, this place is great. Check it out
