Available access from Ajdan basement parking. 2 elevators that takes you directly to your office. Nice reception and sitting area in the ground floor. Excellent interior finishing👍🏼 3 meeting rooms in the basement and 1 at the ground floor. Private offices with smart access and small kitchen with utensils in each floor! Also, a coffeeshop currently operated by Olabs ☕️⭐️ Online access for tenants to manage their invoices and bookings 👍🏼👍🏼. The team is helpful and friendly.

The best renting office at Khobar.I was having breakfast with my colleague at Ajdan walk.I saw the poster and I stop by.The place was amazing with luxury atmosphere.Even the ladies working there they were friendly.They showed us the place even if we did not have an appointment.They were having coffee gathering and they invited us. We were amazed with our experience.We will rent our working place there once our business is established.
