Be very careful - I went to tour the facility and had my laptop stolen off a hot desk while I went to get a coffee. There is no security - anyone can walk in off the street. Their staff saw the person, knew they weren't a member but did nothing. And of course they didn't compensate me for the loss. What's worse, they actually called and emailed me multiple times to ask if I still wanted to join. 🙄

Similar to another review I was also robbed at this place. No security, anyone can walk in and no single f. was given once I reported the theft. Laptop worth of €2000 was compensated by two free usages of a meeting room. Don’t come here or use Spaces. You come back from the bathroom to be surprised by a robbed office and staff that doesn’t care.

The list of issues at this location are significant — temporary furniture, construction ongoing, a partially stocked cafe, etc. The biggest issue is the lack of reliable internet, as well as a complete lack of communication about anything going on at the building that might impact your ability to do work. Despite raising issues repeatedly with both the staff at the building as well as with the parent company IWG, it seems as if no one feels that it’s their job to solve problems or make sure the members are informed about issues or changes that impact our use of the space. When I complained about not being able to use the desk I’m paying for because there’s no internet, I was offered a free coffee — while the internet continues to be an issue. I hope they get their act together, but at the moment I would not recommend becoming a member here.
