I was recommended this hotel by a friend. What a great choice it was, very glad we attended. Alex front of house, what a lovely welcome and gentleman. This is how you greet and host, a fine example of customer service after an extremely long day and shift. Hotel room / mini apartment, was lovely! Clean, spacious, large sitting area, kitchen, dinner table, cosy bedroom, lovely modern bathroom. Worth every penny. I wished I had come earlier on the day and made more use of the room. This is now my first choice when I'm staying in Birmingham!

Very close to city centre. Professional staff and customer service, very kind people. The rooms are modern and had everything we needed for a short stay including washing machine. The kitchen is fairly small. The only thing to note is the parking which requires you to carry your stuff on the street to the hotel + is very expensive even after you get a discounted rate from the hotel. The hotel rate on Expedia was much better than all other sites and absolutely justifies the stay here.

Nice stay with lovely option of filtered water tap in the hallway. The rooms are nice and quiet but slightly poor on cleanliness. I had spatters in bathroom on the wall, some red spatters on ceiling and some weird white smear on the bed blanket thingie that I took off for the rest of my stay. Great that you can use WhatsApp to communicate with staff. Not great about the £200 deposit on your stay, a bit weird. Overall I would stay again as long as the room is clean. I didn't experience much service. Some of the front staff looked moody and a bit unapproachable.
