I had a great experience working from the Edmund House in Birmingham. I met the manager Ari, who was very attentive to everything that was happening there and made sure all was great. Renata was at the front desk and made sure I had a seamlessly experience.

Nice building in birmingham city centre. Easy to locate as it has the address right above the front door taking up the whole of the front of the building. Staff inside was freindly and very informative of all directions and even said please look at our fire evacuation procedure.

I rented a place and they refused to pay my deposit. They didn’t inform me about any restoration charges and then ended up taking my whole of deposit of 400 pounds. The staff Ariana at Edmund house is awful. She fought with couple of people in the establishment. I saw her arguing with my Neighbors. Clearly Ariana was at fault.
