I am absolutely fuming at the absolutely shocking way Regus handled my situation! I had been a loyal customer, using their office spaces across various locations, but when a payment issue cropped up due to their shoddy system update, their incompetence reached mind-boggling levels. First and foremost, their communication was a complete train wreck. They sneakily removed my credit card information from their system without even bothering to inform me. I only found out when they dropped a bombshell of an outstanding balance in August 2023, despite my belief that my payments had been automatic since 2022. Their automated emails? Utter rubbish! I received heaps of them, all carelessly dismissed because they looked like mundane payment receipts. I expected a company of Regus's supposed caliber to at least have the decency to proactively alert me about payment issues. What's beyond infuriating is that their Auckland staff kept jabbering about everything else except the darn outstanding balance. Now, let's talk about their helpdesk customer service representatives and their so-called "senior" CRM. They were a complete joke, displaying zero empathy and an infuriating reluctance to resolve the issue fairly and reasonably. This experience has left me absolutely livid and utterly disgusted. Regus should be ashamed of themselves! They should prioritize understanding and addressing their customer's concerns, but they botched it royally in my case. I sincerely hope this blistering review serves as a thunderous wake-up call for Regus to pull up their socks and treat their loyal patrons with the respect they should get!
