Our business has been here for six months, and then went on month-to-month contract. When we tried to end the tenancy, their office staff spent a week trying to say we had been locked into a fixed term contract. This was highly distressing and has never been addressed at all with even an apology. When we finally proved we were on a month-to-month contract, we were told how to end tenancy but told we would have to pay for the next month at a higher rate because it was too late to give notice. This is the kind of inflexibility, lack of compassion, and general bs you can expect with this company. Do not lease from this company unless you want to have so much run around that it makes you twice as stressed. I am going to be spreading my experience around to all business contacts because even with raising a ticket, they have refused to budge. Go lease from The LBC out in Langford, they are amazing and very well run.

Located in the Atrium building in Victoria’s downtown business district, the Regus Centre is a great place to work! Shelley and her staff are personable, friendly and professional. There is nothing that her crew, Peter and Rhonda, won’t do to help their clients with any business need, and the facilities are second to none. I am very pleased to have located in this centre and believe that the Regus Atrium is quite likely the finest office space in Victoria! Thank you for being here! Gerry D

Located in the heart of downtown, Regus Victoria is a great place to work. The staff are always friendly and ready to offer a helping hand, the facilities are modern, welcoming, and always clean, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and professional. Whether as a permanent office location, or a quick stop over, I highly recommend Regus.
