Welcome to The Smith, the newest commercial real estate development in London’s Kingston-upon-Thames. Launched for occupation in April 2021, this brand new workspace in Kingston will offer a mixture of lease types including coworking, serviced offices and managed space. This iconic Kingston workplace will also be available as part of The Boutique Members Club providing access to the lounge space with unlimited coffee and high-speed WiFi at only £70 + VAT per month per member providing a better alternative to working from a coffee shop. Most of the other members clubs are based in zone 1 allowing for our client’s to work from The Smith but also meet their client’s in central London when required.
Situated on the well-known London Road, The Smith is easy to reach via public transport as well as having an onsite car park allowing our client’s to drive to and from their workplace.
