Great location and building, but the company is DIFFICULT. There are better options close by for more reasonable fees that aren’t so hard to work with. I leased an office for my team of 4 for about a year, their invoices are very hard to understand and they hit you with non-negotiable charges that add up quickly. They charge a non-negotiable 2 months rent retainer and also hit you with a non-negotiable $600 cleaning fee upon leaving which frankly is quite excessive. The non-negotiable conference room fees are pretty steep compared to others nearby, and their non-negotiable office hours start at 8:30am which is odd to me in a business market (not to mention they shut off the building ventilation for every imaginable holiday). Their corporate motto should be “Non-Negotiable”. Although I did enjoy the building and location, I would not recommend leasing with SPACES. You will definitely feel like a number to them, not a person.

I rented an office at this location and while the facility is very nice, and the front desk representative is very helpful: - the back office staff is unresponsive - their management software is very dated and creates erroneous charges - they made it very difficult when my lease was about to expire and I needed to go to month-to-month as my business adjusted to challenges brought on by Covid - given the poor service, I gave notice and moved out and have been chasing them for months to return my $1,250 retainer with no luck, which leads me to believe that they may have cashflow problems, so beware. Reception filed a case (who has been very helpful) but I have not received a response.

Put in notice still being charge months after I left. Double charged at signing. More hassle than you can image. Would recommend Downtown Works down the street.
