I had a very disappointing experience with Emily Bonilla at Industrious. I arrived in a good mood and simply asked, politely, where my broker’s office was located. Instead of assisting me, Emily took my fob and told me I was not welcome there. I explained that it was my first time visiting and I just wanted to find the office. While I understand that access may be limited to members, the way I was treated felt discriminatory and unprofessional. There was no reason to take my personal property or speak to me in that manner. I did absolutely nothing wrong. I do not recommend this location, and I believe Emily’s behavior reflects poorly on the company. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Industrious Community Office has truly been a great experience! Emilita and Niko go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and their efforts to help the community thrive don't go unnoticed. They are always available to assist, making this space not only efficient but also a welcoming and supportive environment. It’s clear that they care deeply about the success of everyone here. Highly recommend this coworking space to anyone looking for a professional yet friendly place to work!

My team gathers in San Doego a couple of times a year for planning sessions and one of the reasons we keep coming back is the great downtown Industrious space. The meeting rooms are fantastic and the staff is incredibly helpful.
