Office was great. Staff was helpful. Did NOT like being told that my client could not work in the open front office area because he needed an interpreter. The receptionists and other office workers make at least as much noise as my client/interpreter combo by talking on the front office phone, chatting with one another over coffee or lunch, talking with one another as they walk down the hall, working as a group or on the speakerphone with their office doors wide open or having long, loud conversations on their cellphones outside their private offices.

Unfortunately I will not be using this service again. They have the absolute worse customer service when it comes to refunds. I had a cancellation last minute from a big client and now they are trying to bill me the amount even though I didn’t use the room. I will not be paying for something I did not use. I will stick with Wework. This place is still very new and if it continues with poor customer Service skills they will not succeed.

Started with great customer service but from what I am gathering, they like to scam you and ignore you so that way your agreement lapses and when they say they got it covered they dont. Better stay on top of it! You may be busy working and that last thing you want is to run into a bigger issue, which is what happened to me. BOO REGUS
