Regus, CT, West Hartford - Main Street

Spaces West Hartford and Regus West Hartford (its parent company) are two places you should be VERY careful before signing a contract with them. Despite a system that has an automated payment process, they have continuously charged external fees that are not applicable not only to me but to numerous other businesses / people who have rented a space from them. I would not recommend this space to any one or any company who is not willing to take on the headache of proving week in and week out that their bill is wrong without any real, effective support.

These company is Scammer. Please be aware before sign to new contract with them. My situation is I talked with them for 1 month rent. When I tried to terminate my contract they charged me 2 month for nothing. They told me I have to let them a month ago. I try to explain them how can I let you know a month before if I got the rent for a month? They don't even listen. Customer service told me they don't care. Also charged me 600$ fee for renew which I didn't use office even for 5 times !! Please be aware and don't let them to scam or robbed your money.

Well here is another bad review. Snotty secretary that speaks over you and is very impatient. What amazes me the most is that the staff thinks they know the field that I obtained a masters degree in better than I. LOL. Regus is a joke. This is why they have bad reviews. Hire a secretary that doesn't get into power struggles with clients. Good luck Regus....your going to need it !!
