Do I have to leave?😭Sadly, I must go back home and leave my beloved SPACES cubicle behind. Couldn’t have asked for better or nicer staff! My cubicle neighbor was even super sweet! Heck, the cleaning staff is also really nice. Location ✔️Atmosphere ✔️Staff ✔️ - sure there was a hiccup with my internet and I was cold but I know to bring a sweater when the AC is running ANYwhere. Great deal and I’ll be back for another week soon!

The facility is excellent. There are several booths and tables for meeting in the commons area with large windows allowing in the light. There are a variety of office sizes. Each has at least one partially frosted door-sized window looking out into the hallway. It allows for a measure of privacy without feeling isolated. I have maybe the second smallest type of office space and have all the room I need. I have a bookcase behind me for my Zoom meetings and comfortable space for a student and parent for my sessions providing math instruction. The location is excellent. We are in the heart of Blue Black Square in West Hartford Center. There is a Whole Foods across the street and various restaurant options. The parking garage is less than a block away so parking is not an issue. We are maybe 4 blocks away from I-84, which allows for easy travel to other locations for my work.

Spaces West Hartford and Regus West Hartford (its parent company) are two places you should be VERY careful before signing a contract with them. Despite a system that has an automated payment process, they have continuously charged external fees that are not applicable not only to me but to numerous other businesses / people who have rented a space from them. I would not recommend this space to any one or any company who is not willing to take on the headache of proving week in and week out that their bill is wrong without any real, effective support.
