I was overcharged and it has still not been resolved over a month later. The lack of communication from Regus has meant I have no idea when they will be refunding my money, if ever. Any benefits are completely overshadowed by an inept customer service. Avoid.

The officers are clean and the staff are lovely. The balcony is a great place for lunch. Unfortunately, the kitchen is lacking anything to heat food and the communal eating area has been turned into another office.

I am deeply dismayed by my experience at Regus Princess Street. The staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and compassion. The building personnel were not only rude but seemed to lack basic human decency. Witnessing a woman with two children being kicked out into the rain was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable while she was waiting for her partner who was inside the building for a visa appointment. The front desk lacks humanity. It's hard to believe that a business operating in such a prime location could exhibit such disdain for its visitors. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. Such behavior should never be tolerated, and I'm genuinely shocked by their lack of empathy and basic respect.

Convenient central location. Good amenities and easy access. If you are going for German Visa or passport, do not go too much in advance. I would suggest to reach there only 3-5 mins before your appointment time as they don't allow to wait in for very long. Staff are very helpful and friendly and process is quick.
