Stayed here for four nights. Very clean and modern. The gym is accessible from a second lift. The pool is a decent sized and not too busy. There are times for kids to use the pool too. Steam and sauna are also very nice. Staff and very helpful and nice. The breakfast was a good portion too. Worth the extra cost as you get a nice view from the top floor. Would stay again if I'm in Southampton again. The rooms were amazing and views were top notch.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the last 2 and a half years, it’s a firm favourite! The staff are the most friendly & welcoming people we’ve met in any hotel & they all go above & beyond to ensure you have a comfortable & happy stay! We love the location, rooms & spa. The entire hotel is immaculate, The food is excellent & we wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Southampton.

Beautiful lunch, really nice to see the restaurant busy in February a clear indication of the quality. The scallops were to die for - a satay sauce was an unusual choice but I loved them. Their duck salad is always a favourite and didn’t disappoint. Don’t forget to head into the beautifully decorated bar area choose a cocktail.

A perfect stay in a beautiful room while on a business trip. We had views out to sea and saw all the lovely boats in the harbour. Receptionist were great, friendly and helpful and all looked particularly smart.

Really wonderful hotel. Lovely rooms with great views over the marina. The complimentary spa access was a great surprise too. The Jetty restaurant was marvellous and had a great selection of seafood. The breakfast was disappointing for what was otherwise a top notch hotel.
