Great location for work and socialising. The hotel was modern with space to work and meet people in the foyer including a bar. The hotel room was a little tired in places (walls had some noticeable cracks) but overall lovely decor. Good in room facilities my room had a fridge and tea/coffee facilities, a desk, small wardrobe, ironing board and safe. The bed was a great size, very comfortable with excellent pillows. The nicely decorated bathroom had a huge shower and nice sink area. I didn’t get an opportunity to use the gym or restaurant but I did have room service. The food was very nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to order food again.

My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday with booking a trip here and it was incredible! The attention to detail really made the whole experience so special, with the amazing customer service and super friendly helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, and will definitely be returning! They really made my birthday one to remember!

Rooms leave a lot to be desired. No hot water in the sink, rooms very warm, almost impossible to cool down despite having called reception to notify Aircon is not working. There is a small kettle in the room to make tea and a mini fridge... that pretty much ends the amenities list. Disappointing overall however, location is the only positive, easy access to the trains.

You know what, I had a great time here. All the other hotels within the vicinity were fully booked and we were reluctant to book because of the price. On arrival Magic was a great help. He welcomed us and was very accommodating informing me of the different check out times available since I had arrived at 5am so he wouldn’t charge me a full day if I didn’t necessarily want it. Super comfortable, really nice facilities and reception desk are super willing to help! Also, 12pm check out time was lush

My husband always book this hotel every time he has business meeting (which sometime could be every other week), and he is quite fussy, hart shoreditch meet his need way beyond. So now if we are going for London trip we will book this hotel, and I have been to loads of others. Safe to say, just book this one. The members, rooms, amenities, and location are just PERFECT! Honestly cannot fault anything.
