Some of the staff are very unprofessional and rude, in particular to a small woman who works on reception - often seen wearing a puffer coat in doors and patronising visitors. That said, some of the staff and great and the work space is regularly cleaned and beverages freshly stocked. But I would highly suggest hiring new staff who know the meaning of customer service.
