Absolutely Amazing experience. The suite We stayed was Amazing and immaculate. I couldn't fault not one thing about the room.. the staff or the Hotel. The staff were really helpful and Friendly. The room service breakfast was presented really nicely and absolutely loved it. We didn't want to leave. Definitely worth the money and will most certainly be staying again!!

[July 2022] Stayed here to attend a graduation ceremony. Room was a queen deluxe. Pros: Luke at reception is friendly and helpful and is a credit to Hilton. Great views of the river and bridges. Room had TV with good selection of free channels. Clean comfy bed. Good location. Great breakfast. Cons: What was a great view spoilt by dirty window. Bathroom clean, but in need of renovation- smashed and poorly repaired tile and dirty grout. No opening window. No power point near bed - nobody wants to charge a phone on the other side of the room! Expensive car parking.

Good hotel but some parts look a little dated as it’s over 15 years old (especially the GF toilets). Otherwise, I’m a fan of this hotel- has a nice terrace which gives you beautiful views of Tyne Bridge and Newcastle. We have also used their function rooms for a number of weddings and corporate events which were very well received. Although this hotel doesn’t stand up to Hilton’s/Conrad’s in other world cities it’s still a good options to Newcastle.
