Great until they have your money, then you can forget about service. We were charged for services not supplied by Regus on several occasions, then late fees were added to a bill that we shouldn't have received in the first place whilst they dragged their heels to refund our deposit, that we still haven't received. Lots of departments that push paper around and get you nowhere fast, very frustrating to deal with as logic and common sense are not part of their manifesto. The bottom line is "its not my department, try ........." and then get nowhere.

The team at Horsham Regus centre are top draw always polite and happy upon arrival and will go above and beyond to help you if they can. Facilities are very good and offers a comfortable professional workspace for all my drop in needs. Recommend highly to anyone.

I highly recommend Regus Horsham. Regus is in a nice building within walking distance from Horsham City Centre (and Horsham is a wonderful market town), and the offices and facilities are modern and professional. The staff are top notch, providing great service, and always with a smile.

Staff members are great and very helpful but that's about it. The facilities in the office building are poor. Dirty and smelly toilets and broken heating don't help. From time to time there are issues with the internet and phones and the windows need cleaning as they are super dirty.

Regus legal criminals abusing the system and targeting small businesses. Hate them with a passion and there hidden fees. Prepare to pay through the nose
