I will leave below my original opinion. People are the difference, I will stress again, their personnel standard of service, is just superlative. I was indeed contacted the very next day, and the arrangements for alternative locations were made to my satisfaction. I will praise Joseph's willingness to aid through the entire process. Furthermore, I am still a customer and the ability to not being impacted by load shedding, for my freelance business is a huge plus. I recommend wholeheartedly. The original 2* post: Professional setup, very professional staff. The reason I rented the office space was to use the power and internet redundancy capability. My first day in and no such capability, I should just have saved on costs and worked from home.

No one knows anything. Switchboard and lesee don't even have the telephone number for housing, pathetic!!!
