Have you ever played mirror's edge, this building, especially the bottom floor is literally like stepping into a level of mirror's edge (the good one, not the 2016 remake (which I actually also kinda like)) So yeah love the feeling I get when I walk through the bottom of the building and around it, just feels like this weird themepark experience where you're living in $current_year + 100 I've been using the wework office here for a week and pretty much love it. The price for what you're getting, feels really cheap, the wifi is nearly 200mbps - sometimes. The offices are way nicer than anything people like me could afford on our own, but still I am not sure how it's so cheap. Not really complaining tho, u do u softbank.

EDIT ** WeWork did nothing about the situation. That response was for public image. No real resolution. Figures My keycard was deactivated on the 8th of March based on a Feb late payment and a March non-payment, a reason given by the lady at the reception. I then told her was still in the bounds of my contract and had up to the 10th to pay and even then, I only needed to be charged interest, not have my card deactivated. The lady stuck to her guns and said she couldn't reactivate my card because of the stated reason (Feb late payment and March non-payment). I then repeated myself and told her about the clause in the contract that I have up until the 10th to pay and she said "well it's also that you had a Feb late payment" and said I should send an email to escalate. I also just want to state that my work day was disrupted at this point and had to find somewhere else to work. I send an email and Fred Gatari immediately says I can come reactivate the card. I questioned him in the mail on why my card was deactivated in the first place and stated the same reasons. I counter with the contract clause and how his staff isn't properly trained on contractual clauses and he buckles down and says his team knows and they're aware, so I'm the crazy one right? I also want to mention he was rude and had attitude. He doesn't apologise for the contract violation and how it has inconvenienced me immensely, and wants to gaslight me by disputing that the lady knows about the clause when she clearly didn’t. My simple question is if she knew, why didn't she reactivate the card that wasn’t supposed to be deactivated in the first place?? If this guy had apologised for his team member and the situation, I would have let this go. But he was nonchalant, disrespectful, and straight up gave weak customer service. It honestly blows my mind how he deals with people, or maybe I’m not his calibre of clientele he gives his best to. I’ve escalated the matter with WeWork support, it has been silence from them, and now we’re here. It’s almost as though they are condoning his behaviour. SHOCKING
