"I arrived early on the day 01/04/25 and went to the reception for an early check-in, but the staff member (I'm not sure of his name) wasn't very helpful. He treated my stay as if it was only for one night and told me to wait until around 2 or 3 PM. He wasn't very friendly Overall, the experience at the hotel could have been much better in terms of customer service."try to treat all people equal.

Stayed here Friday 21st March and had a fantastic stay. We loved everything about the whole building and spent quite a bit of time exploring. If you have the time, visit the Safe room, the ballroom and the garden terrace that we found on the the Fourth floor (took us 15 mins to find it!)
Stayed in room 213 and found it really relaxing. Had dinner in the restaurant and also had breakfast, really enjoyed everything
All the staff seem to love working there and couldn't do enough, even just the people walking past us in the corridor.

Lovely Hotel, in a good location. Staff were great. Bar and restaurant were very nice. Menu was a bit limited and not to my taste.
Breakfast, although a bit pricey, was very nice, with a great choice.

My husband and I were bitterly disappointed with our stay and to be perfectly honest. I think your staff need some training with the surrounding area.
The bathroom shower hose was loose in room 12 as well as the sink tap was moving and also the sink plug does not hold the water in the basin.
The price we paid was far too expensive and not even a breakfast included.

Unfortunately we do not want points as we will not be returning
to your hotel or certainly not Manchester due to when we got home. We also had a fee to pay to Manchester City Centre £70 for going in a bus lane. That is just the icing on the cake
and that puts us off from going into city Centres again.
What we would like is a refund to compensate the inconvenience
that we were put through over two days.
We feel this is fair.

Comfortable hotel, with very tasty cooked breakfast. Plenty of vegan options for the breakfast, including sausages. Room service did not include a vegan main course, which should be improved.
