The worst decision for any business is to do business with Regus in Kuwait. They can't deliver what they promise and have bad ethics. I had a physical office with them for 1 year and it was the most terrible business decision I have ever made in my entire career. They promise you that they would answer calls in your company name in a professional manner. Most of my customer calls when to Regus answering machine which confused my customers. And it took them like a month to get the company name right. I had to hire a secretary to answer the calls which really defeated the purpose of using Regus services The office was seldom cleaned. I have had to call every time I needed the office cleaned. Even when the office was cleaned, I could still find dust on the top of the cabinets. Just a willy nilly job. Their reception staff very unprofessional and there were incidents where they had fights with my staff when we asked for help. After my contract expired, they refused to give me back my deposit under wishy washy reasons. If want to waste your time and money and be treated badly, go to Regus. If you really care about your business, brand and image, go elsewhere. Don't do business with Regus Kuwait.
